Workshop conducted by Mark Tompkins who developed a series of improvisation structures and games from internal and external concentration, simultaneous time, state changes and the relationships between observer and actor, either as a performer or as spectator, with the aim of opening and sharpening sensations and perceptions. How to avoid the overweight?, how to be aware in an active way?, how to do nothing and, despite that, to perform?
