Imprenta acústica en (14 borrones) de una aparición es a long term project that will be put together from various pieces to form one sequence.
The application of certain experimental operations on and between these pieces will make it possible to separate out a common thread.
The first piece in this sequence was premiered on the 25th February this year at the Biblioteca Nacional de Madrid, in collaboration with Claudia Faci.
The second will begin in July at L’animal a l’esquena, in collaboration with Tania Arias.
“Presenting a crack as a possible place for a grammar of murmurs.
Making suggestions based on a map or cartography to be travelled through. Like a deck of images, an open correspondence (14 letters) of a dance formulating the weaving of itself.
Exploring the acoustics of movement, the state of presence, the tones of a gesture, the rhythms of touch, the movments of an absence that lies hidden in the distance… “blinking”. Deciphering constellations of material in the construction of the nomad-corpographical situations-architectural structures of a web, to find the geography that can open up inside, branching out on many planes.
Unfolding, with space as the protagonist, the voice of the body, bodies of a voice, bringing us together in its wake, separating skin from the space it touches to reach that instant, that unexpected point where the gaze calls us and siezes its vision.”
