For the past twelve years a group of people involved in the visual arts have been meeting regularly to talk, share ideas, intuitions and experiences about research into the spiritual side of art. After holding several collective exhibitions, this group has decided to go ahead with an idea that has attracted us from the start: to create something together. The different “I”s working to give way to an integrated “we”.
Incierta Vía is an installation, the fruit of this work, offering a perception of the journey of human beings through time. From certainty to uncertainty. Primitive ignorance opening up to the possibility of being caught unawares by beauty and glimpsing the mystery of the ungraspable.
In parallel to this, we will hold a Forum on Contemporary Art and Spirituality. This will consist of a series of open conversations in which to share our questions, with people of different sensibilities and with the general public.
