In 2004, during one of her rare visits to Europe, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen gave a workshop in Brussels on Dance and Body-Mind Centering and, in an encounter, spoke about the evolution of her practice. The DVD features both events, showing, for the first time on DVD, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen demonstrating some of her theories as they apply to dancing, through the notions of weight, time and space.
