ico A meeting between two artists and performers who are interested in the idea of rhythm as a unifying element for their proposal.

Rhythm helps the meeting between two ways of viewing life, diverse and related at the same time: one spiritual and one rational. The two concepts are just degrees of the same thing, the two poles of a single being. Opposites are identical in nature but different in term of degree, whose ends are in constant contact.

Rhythm is the thread that allows us to move forward and make ourselves visible, giving the feeling that we can control the time and create common universes from two different viewpoints. Music, body and mapping technology form a whole where opposing principles are developed.

Among all, the seven hermetic principles which appeared in The Kybalion are the starting points for this show design: mentalism, correspondence, vibration, polarity, rhythm, cause and effect and generation.

"... There is a law not explained, although true, according to which everything that ever existed one, for some form or another, exists again, repeats, nothing is given alone, everything happens at least twice. It is the only way to create rhythm, the periodic wave that leads to a very powerful law, which is the law of analogy, the similarities. I guess this is why all worldviews that humans can devise could be grouped in only 2 types, 1) the way of thinking that believes that the facts are unique and unrepeatable, single points isolated in space and time, and 2) the way of thinking that necessarily considers facts to be repeatable, a succession of points into the time ...
