People sharing the same waiting room are thrown like darts into a microcosmos with its own code of conduct, its own words and gestures. Who has programmed the electronic panel, the computers and the machines that indicate where, how and when they should be activated?
Guided by experts in the art of waiting, the “waiters” move to the beat of an unconscious choreography and keep asking themselves: “Who is behind the person waiting beside me or the workers responsible for the fluid, effective functioning of the wait?”
