Born in Barcelona, he grew up in a family immersed in the Catalan artistic trends of the post-Franco era. With the company Tortell Poltrona, he took part in the first expeditions of Clowns Without Borders. He trained in circus arts in France (at the Châtellerault National Circus School at Rosny-sous-Bois, ENACR, and the CNAC at Châlons-en-Champagne), where he worked with artists such as Heddy Maalem, Beñat Achiary, Philippe Decouflé, Laurence Mayor, Eugène Durif and Francesca Lattuada. He, too, has written and performed in all the work of Baró d’Evel. In 2006 he had his first solo with the piece Ï, in which he combined questioning the circus in its present form with historic and dramatic material. After experience of collective work, since 2006 he has directed the company with Camille Decourtye, with whom he dreamt up the projects Le Sort du dedans, Mazùt and Bestias.
