Has a degree in Philosophy and Arts, specialising in History of Art, from UAM, and a dance qualification from the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático y Danza in Madrid.
In 1994 she founded and was one of the team of directors of the Danza 3 Centre. It was here that the Danzala company was formed, a collective of musicians and dancers in which she was a choreographer and performer. With
Mercè Sardà and Ute Strub she discovered the work of Emmi Pikler and Elfriede Hengstenberg. Since then she has worked with creative dance as an educational tool.
She gives classes and workshops, for children and teenagers, at various educational centres in Madrid.
For the past ten years she has been a member of the Trástulo Arts Association, giving dance classes in a workshop for research and expression in dance-music-drama for children and adolescents.
