“mud looks at mud and understands that it is beautiful”

SOMA (provisional title) is an experiment in performance and material that focuses on a study of the body and movement as shadow and fragment. Weight and measure are an expression of its power and its disappearance, the necessary crack and abyss. An escape from ritual.
This is an installation and performance shared by dancer, sculptor and lighting expert, passing through different physical states, aesthetic concepts and qualities of movement, relating with each other and blurring their roles through sculptures, material, ambiances, objects and choreography that develop in a space formed before the spectator’s eyes.
