We are especialy pleased to be able to welcome for a week the Fundación Setba, whose project links nature and culture with mental health institutions in Catalonia. This project, led by the artist Quim Moya in Avinyó, Catalonia, offers participants a unique opportunity to break with their daily routine, work in a team, connect with nature and use art as a tool for personal expression. On this occasion the project is moving to L’animal a l’esquena and working with the Festival Art i Gavarres, the Instituto de Bachillerato in Celrà and with various local artists and creators.

During their stay there will be nature activities, creative workshops in dance and other artistic disciplines that will lead to the creation of works of LandArt, guided by agricultural engineers and forestry experts.
From L’animal, the artists Enric Fàbregas, biologist and dance performer, and Leo Castro, stage and video artist, will guide the formative work of creating and staging the piece resulting from the project in one of the outdoor spaces at L’animal a l’esquena.
